We had a romantic getaway and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, with amazing views of the mountains and nature. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes to choose from, plus the spa treatments were excellent and very relaxing.

We found some holes in the bed sheets and the pillows were not comfortable at all. , the bathroom needed maintenance as there was loose tiles and the shower water pressure was too weak.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. the surrounding nature creates a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience.

The language barrier may pose a challenge for non-Slovak speakers, as the staff's English proficiency is not very high.
